4. When should I order my seals?
Promote your anniversary ALL YEAR LONG! Celebrate your milestone and remind everyone of your years in business and they’ll have more confidence in you. Many companies begin planning at least 6 months prior and promote their anniversary for 15 months or more.

7. Will Fossler seals stick to any surface?

1.What are my international shipping options?
We ship internationally using UPS. You can always ship products to a US destination if you would like to arrange freight forwarders who take it from a US port to its final destination.
2. What are your international delivery time frames?
Most products ship within 4 weeks of approval. The best bet is to allow plenty of time and order early. Contact our Sales department and we will be happy to help track your package.

1. Can I order less than 500 seals?
Our quantities start at 500. To effectively promote your Anniversary, 500 may not be enough! Embossed foil seals have a wide variety of applications. Use them on envelopes, letterhead, invoices, business cards, packaging, mailings to your customer list, etc.

Yes. However, we currently only accept payment in US or Canadian dollars.
4. Do you have a gift-wrapping service?
Because our products are personalized, customers typically would like to see them before they’re wrapped.

2. Why are orders shipped taxed?

Yes, an image of your embossed foil seal can be created and purchased in 2 colors only (no shadow effect or dimension). We also have black and white art proofs that can be created and used in press releases and other printed material.

7. May I order two different logos on two different products, or must they be the same logo?
Each product can have a different logo design. Choose your logo based on your anniversary product shape and size or select a logo that coincides with your seals and banners.

9. Do you have a list of products that complement each other?

Fossler has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. We will be happy to correct any error. If you are still not happy, return the product within 90 days of the invoice for a refund, replacement or merchandise credit.
